Yosemite Engagement Session // Jenny & Josh
A Yosemite engagement session is a dream comes true for wild hearts! If you like national parks and the outdoors, I’m sure Yosemite either on the very top of your list, or you’ve visited it a dozen times and just kept coming back for more! It’s famous for rumbling waterfalls, giant rock formations, stunning views all around, and lots of bears in the summer. I’ve done some engagement sessions there but it feels different and fresh every single time! And this time was one of a kind because there was a lot of snow. And it was during the week of the Firefall Yosemite so it was super crowded, so we chose the morning calm for our session and things turned out perfect!
In short, Jenny & Josh rocked their Yosemite engagement session!! It didn’t take them long to get the hang of being in front of the camera. Their love and passion for each other were undeniable and it showed. Softly on the background, Yosemite was adding more chemistry to the overall mood. Nature is one of our biggest inspirations, it’s where we feel most alive, so we’re just like kids in our elements. To have Yosemite witnessing their love is something very much special. The park in the morning was full of good vibes, something amazing yet gentle, calm but lively. Every angle we turned, every pit stop we made could all make beautiful photos, it’s just impossible to take mediocre shots here!
Felt like I could take 2468 pictures of the same spot and wouldn’t be tired of it. We ended up having a blast and totally forgot the time. But I didn’t think anyone would pay attention to time here because everyone was just embracing the moment and enjoying every minute of it.
Their Yosemite engagement session was a success! We left the park feeling in love and in awe. Their connection deepened and my love for this job grew stronger. I think Mother Nature always does a wonderful job of inspiring others!
